This is one of my many quick drawings for examples for teaching.
My husband liked this one, too, so it is now framed and hanging. I really need to do some paintings for him! Poor guy!

I love to draw. Of every medium in art, drawing is my favorite, if only because you can draw anywhere, with any number of tools and materials. Some regard drawing as a precursor to greater mediums such as painting or printmaking, but I disagree. I think drawing is a wonderful medium that can stand on its own merit.

I for one think it is done very well. You can draw and have an eye for detail. If I were to see this in a store / shop I'd buy it.
