I've been trying to catch up on the challenges in Drawspace as I have been gone or busy these past few weeks.

Art Cards - the rest

These are the last 6 of the art cards that I did for the Drawspace Exchange. They have all received them at this point so I can now post them.

Playing

This was a fun challenge (well, sort of challenge).. I drew this flower with each hand, one with the left and one with the right. I am right handed. I spent the same amount of time on each so that I could see the difference between the two. It is obvious which is my dominant hand but I didn't think the left handed drawing was too bad.

Mother and Son

These are two commissioned drawings. The Mother asked me to do them for her husband for Father's Day. I will actually have them completed! : )

Commissioned work

This piece was a commission that I finished last year. The person who commissioned it now has two more drawings she wants me to do - one of which I will post next. The other I still need to get busy on - right now! :)

Luminaries

My daughter always has me decorate all of the luminaries that she sells for the Relay for Life. Of course, many of them are bought by family including my husband and my daughter. It is always fun to decorate them.

Another challenge

I really enjoyed drawing this one - I cropped the original picture and worked only with pencil.

A Little Dragon

I still like my little dragons even though I don't draw them much anymore. I decided to draw a small one for the Avatar on My Drawspace Profile.

More tulips.

Decided to go more illustrative this time. I liked the open petals of these tulips - much more interesting to draw.

Card Exchange

We had a card exchange on Drawspace and I just kept making cards! It was so much fun. I ended up with 8 extra cards - these. The rest are still in the mail so I will wait until everyone gets their card before posting the ones I actually sent.
